Since the pandemic outbroke again and had got worsen in Taiwan recently, we have been locked down for almost a month now. So a recent habit that I’ve developed in this period of time is looking through some photos from the past and let myself sink into the memories.

Here are some films that I’ve captured from my camera (minolta riva zoom, olympus pen-ee) in 2020. They might not be the best, but they are definitely some beautiful moments that I would cherish forever.

In the beginning of 2020, I traveled to Thailand, got stood up by a friend, but managed to find someone else to travel with. That was an experience. 😀

Buddhas and I

two kids playing ball in a temple

Wat Arun by Chao Phraya River

me holding a coconut 🥥

the girl who saved the trip!

Amphawa Water Market

sunset at Amphawa Water Market

finally managed to Koh Samed

And then I was back in Taipei…

friends came over for cookie baking 🍪

my grandma

intern days at Condenast Taiwan

On September, a group of my friends in uni decided to challenge ourselves by conquering the highest mountain in Taiwan. Here’s how it went:

the morning before hitting off

at the entrance of the trial

the mountains looked connected ⛰

shots of me hiking

us resting

snack time = my favorite

the way up

into the wild…

the sunrise from 3952m above Taiwan

finally made it to the top!

oh I love big mountains

thanks for the help along the way (💛)

the way back (I was wearing slippers lol)

the end.
